Our comprehensive event planning guide is designed to minimize the complexities and to maximize your event’s success and the well-being of your staff, exhibitors and service contractors. The event guide is designed to assist you and answers the most frequently asked questions. Our experienced staff will assist you in everything from planning to executing your event. They will develop meeting room layouts for review, provide you with a written estimate of charges, and personally supervise your event.
Please note, the event planning guide is provided to assist you with the successful coordination of your upcoming event at the Connecticut Convention Center. It is for general information purposes. Event-specific guidelines should be obtained from your Event Manager. Policies and rental rates noted herein are subject to change without notice and supersede any version of this guide printed prior to January 2024.
