Hands On Hartford has been addressing Hartford’s food insecurity, homelessness and other basic needs for 55 years. Our annual signature fundraiser, Hands & Hearts Together, this year will celebrate both our 55th anniversary, as well as, the retirement of our longstanding Executive Director, Barbara Shaw.
