HARTFORD, CT (June 17, 2014) – The Connecticut Convention Center recently named Dean Riddle as its Director of Human Resources.  In his role, Dean will be responsible for staffing associates at all levels, working on benefit design and delivery, performance management, along with project management assistance at the Executive level.

Dean is no stranger to the Center, which is managed by Waterford Venue Services.  Between 2004 and 2013, he held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources for its parent company, Waterford Hotel Group, headquartered in Waterford, CT.  Dean briefly left the company to take on a similar position outside of Hospitality, but quickly decided to return to the industry that he truly loves.
