Level 1 – Columbus Blvd. Entrance / Lower Lobby
The Connecticut Convention Center is located at 100 Columbus Blvd. in downtown Hartford. From this level you can easily access our lower lobby, attached parking garage, and one of two connections to the attached Marriott Hartford Downtown. The Hartford dash and the Bradley Flyer stop directly outside our lower lobby making it convenient to get around downtown.
Level 3 – Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall Level features 140,000 square feet of exhibition space (divisible into two halls), 15,000 square feet of expansive pre-function and two show manager suites. Each exhibit hall also contains two full-service concession outlets. From this level you can access the Business Center, another connection to the attached Marriott Hartford Downtown and the loading dock.
Level 4 – The Landing
The Landing contains a Seattle’s Best kiosk (open for certain events only) as well as ample seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or make a phone call between meetings. The Landing provides access to the Center’s esplanade which connects you to the Connecticut Science Center, the Mortensen Riverfront Plaza and an above-street pedestrian walkway that gets you around downtown. Additional access to the parking garage is also available from this level.
Level 4 – Boardrooms
Two boardrooms are located on the esplanade level of the Center. Each boardroom can accommodate up to 15 guests and feature a private restroom as well as a butler’s pantry.
Level 6 – Ballroom & Meeting Rooms
The Ballroom Level features 40,000 square feet of ballroom space (divisible into three rooms) and 14 breakout rooms totaling 25,000 square feet. Plus, 10,000 square feet of expansive pre-function space provides stunning views of the Connecticut River and downtown Hartford.
