The Capital Grille has officially announced plans to open its second Connecticut steakhouse, choosing downtown Hartford’s Front Street Entertainment District for its new location.  The announcement was made this week by John Martin, who is president of Capital Grille. The well-known restaurant has 47 U.S. locations and is notorious for its dry aged steaks and extensive wine list.
